Positive thinking practices in combination with mindfulness allow us to reach true, deep and lasting wellbeing. The effects on positive belief on our bodies have been documented numerous times, but I can speak from personal experience in overcoming the effects of the trauma of childhood abuse, that positive thinking practice has increased my quality of life greatly.

How To Integrate Positive Beliefs Into Your Lifes:
- Repeat the affirmations below on a regular basis during your most routine activities, such as brushing your teeth, taking a shower, or doing the dishes
- Focus on one of the affirmations per week, and enter them into your daily journal, or planner – such as The 5 Minute Journal
- Write the affirmation/belief onto two index cards. Carry one with you everywhere you go, and position the other in a prominent, often frequented place in your home, or if possible, place of work.
