Positive habits, like writing in our journal are a powerful way to increase happiness, reduce anxiety and to create focus. But what to write on a daily basis? While I suggest to always make a gratitude list a part of your daily journal routine, it does not have to, and should not be limited to that aspect of journal writing.

Because it is Friday, I am sharing with you, what I am grateful for this week:
- It has been raining! In Las Vegas that is a great thing, we already don’t get enough rain here. So, this was a nice change. Even if my dogs were not as happy about it, as I was.
- I have been busy working on my other blog Miss Fiercely Independent and achieved some of my blogging goals. I am very happy about that right now, which will only propel me to continue to work hard.
- I have met a nice lady who lives close by. I have seen her walking her dog before, but never spoken to her. She is very uplifting and pleasant. Looking forward to talking to her again.
